Cell wall of eukaryotic cell/plant cell

Cell wall of eukaryotic cell/plant cell (part 1) in details

1)Position

Outside the plant cell a thick, rigid, permeable constant coat, made up of cellulose
Only present in plant cell and prokaryotic cell.
The eukaryotic animal cell has no cell wall

2) origin

Golgi body and endoplasmic reticulum help in cell wall formation

as studying in Electronic microscope

3) Process of formation of cell wall

*Cell plate form in in the telophase stage of cell division between two daughter nucleus on the middle region by storing a pectin like carbohydrate named phragmoplast

*After that during physical and chemical change middle lamella form

*On middle lamella various chemical substance store to form cell wall

Structure of cell wall

1) Middle lamella

·   Intracellular fluid between two plants cell
·   Made up of mainly calcium and magnesium pected and protein
·  In udan tissue middle lamella made up of lignin so very hard   and strong
·   Attach to cell together.

1) Primary wall
·    First form wall after middle lamella

Most outer layer of cell

· The wall is comparatively thin and permeable

·    Diameter 1.0-3.0 μm

·    Made up of cellulose (other than hemicellulose, lignin suberin etc)

·    In fungi primary wall content chitin

·    on leaf wax like cutin present that reduce respiration rate

·    Leaf cell, fruit cell, cortex only contain primary wall

·    Present off cellulose polysaccharide that form Miccelle and later microfibrils

1)         Secondary wall

·    Present in Inner side of primary cell wall and outside of plasma membrane

·    Thick, rigid, permeable membrane

·    Diameter 5-10 μm

·     Made up of 3 layer-cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin etc

2)         Tertiary wall

·    Found in angiosperm plant

·    Stress tolerant

·    Absent of cellulose,microfibrils

Plasmodesmata

*Channel between two adjacent cell to transfer minute cytoplasmic fibre.
*Make cytoplasmic bridge
*Plasmodesmata made up of branch or in branched desmotubule.

*desmotubules are attached to it endoplasmic reticulum of another cell
*Plasmodesmata that joint to living cytoplasm of different adjacent call symplest

Function
*Give the cell mechanical strength
*Transfer water food hormone and and another chemical substance one to another cell

*Virus and another microorganism can spread disease by plasmodesmata
